|Step 1||Make sure that the milk foam is fine and velvety. Carefully smooth the milk foam surface with a spoon to shape the milk foam and remove the air bubbles.|
|Step 2||We recommend using chocolate sauce to decorate cappuccinos.
Make sure you use cold, liquid chocolate sauce.
Use the chocolate sauce to draw an oval on the right-hand side of the cup and a semi-circle along the top as shown in the picture.
|Step 3||Prepare a coffee and use a spoon to add the crema. Distribute the crema evenly in the oval.|
|Step 4||Use a wooden skewer to draw lines in all directions from the middle of the oval. Afterwards wipe the foam off the wooden skewer with a cloth. Then use the skewer to draw four more lines between the first lines, this time from the outside to the middle.|
|Step 5||Then make even S shapes through the semi-circle (see picture).
Now you can serve your decorated cappuccino.
