Ingredients (for 1 person)
• 45 ml espresso
• 20 ml mint syrup
• A dash of lemon juice
• Sparkling mineral water
• Ice cubes
• Take a long drink glass and fill to the rim with ice cubes.
• Pour over the mint syrup and a dash of lemon juice.
• Then fill the glass three quarters full with sparkling mineral water.
• Prepare an espresso and pour carefully over the ice.
Serve with a straw.
