Ingredients (for 1 person)
• 25 ml ristretto
• 20 ml green apple syrup
• 20 ml lime juice
• Crushed ice
• Half fill a shaker with crushed ice.
• Prepare the ristretto in the same shaker and add all the remaining ingredients other than the lemonade.
• Shake for about 20 seconds so that the espresso cools immediately.
• Pour the mixture into a conical glass and top up with the lemonade.
